What to include if you spotted a calculation error
Reports are far quicker to fix when they include three things: the exact calculator (its name or URL), the values you entered, and the result you got versus the result you expected. If you know which line of the maths looks wrong — say, the yearly figure but not the monthly one — mention that too. We check every error report against the formula before changing anything, so a screenshot of your inputs is more useful than a description from memory.
Requesting a new calculator or guide
If there is a calculation you keep doing by hand or in a spreadsheet, tell us what it needs to take as input and what it should output. We prioritise requests that come up more than once and that we can build without asking you for information most people would not have on hand.
